The block sessions of 1:1 training must be paid in full minimum 24h before the first session starts. A Dogs-Tail recommends one session per week or fortnight.

• You may cancel your Group Class booking upto 48 hours of making payment and receive a full refund.
• If your course begins within 48 hours of you making payment and you wish to cancel, 100% of the course fee will still be charged.
• Once this 48 hour period has passed payments are non-refundable, except in Extenuating Circumstances, such as:

If an owner can not commence classes because their dog is unwell with a long term sickness or has come into season. The owner becomes unwell with a long term sickness.

If a week of training is missed, the training taught that week can not be repeated but will be put in the whatsapp group, the owner still forsakes the money pre-paid for that week.
